Lift installation engineer — Lere

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lift installation engineer in Lere, Kaduna State. You will be based in a hospital with heavy lift traffic. Ideal candidate: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards Day to day you will mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; run load and overload tests with test weights; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts. Pay around ₦95,000 per month, based on your experience. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
