On the job you will handle: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow Ideal candidate: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
