Smash repairer • Sullivan County, Missouri

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a smash repairer in Sullivan County, Missouri. You will be based at a paint and panel shop. On the job you will handle: • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer What we are looking for: • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
