Vacancy available: we are hiring a baker in Haywood County, Tennessee. The job is in a hotel pastry kitchen. The role involves: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Basic cake decorating and piping skills 2+ years on the tools preferred.
