Production line inspector — Chesterfield County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a production line inspector in Chesterfield County, South Carolina. The job is in an automotive parts factory. Requirements: • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems Your main tasks: • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
