Kitchen steward — Rhea County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Rhea County, Tennessee. Day-to-day duties: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Six days a week, one day off.
