Now hiring: we are hiring a mobile crane operator in Howard County, Iowa. The job is in a steel fabrication workshop. Requirements: • Current medical and eyesight certificate • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts On the job you will handle: • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger Full-time with occasional weekends.
