Rigger wanted in Schuylkill County

Join our team: we are hiring a rigger in Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania. The job is at a container port. On a typical shift you will guide loads through tight openings into their final position; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; read lift plans and method statements before starting. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear Rotating shifts.
