Powder coating operator — Iseyin

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Iseyin, Oyo State. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. On the job you will handle: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Willing to work shifts and overtime At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
