Great opportunity: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Alexander County, North Carolina. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. Your main tasks: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
