Flatlock machine operator wanted in Ilaje

Now hiring: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Ilaje, Ondo State. You will work on a ready-made garment production line. The role involves inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens 6+ years on the tools preferred.
