Urgent requirement: head baker (Pennsylvania)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a head baker in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. You will work at a cake shop. Day to day you will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Food handler / hygiene certificate 3+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
