Requirements: • CSCS card or willing to obtain one • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day Day to day you will float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
