Fine-dining server wanted in Barber County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Barber County, Kansas. You will work at a beach resort. You should have: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel You will check back during the meal and handle special requests; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; clear and reset tables between covers; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar.
