Immediate opening: backhoe operator (Wisconsin)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Clark County, Wisconsin. You will be based at a drainage and utilities contractor. On the job you will handle: • Load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport • Carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains • Backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers Requirements: • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $4,300 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
