Surface coating operator wanted in Ringgold County

Now hiring: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Ringgold County, Iowa. You will be based in a busy paint shop. The role involves: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process 2+ years on the tools preferred.
