Dough maker — Franklin County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dough maker in Franklin County, Georgia. You will be based at a busy bakery. You will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; score the top of loaves before baking; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
