Earthmoving plant operator • Ottawa County, Kansas

Vacancy available: we are hiring an earthmoving plant operator in Ottawa County, Kansas. The job is on a busy construction site. You will work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment; check for underground cables and services before digging; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; stockpile and spread material to the required levels; load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely. Requirements: • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
