Power float operator • Phelps County, Missouri

We are recruiting: we are hiring a power float operator in Phelps County, Missouri. The job is in a residential housing project. What we are looking for: • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works Your main tasks: • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days • Set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer 4+ years on the tools preferred.
