Immediate opening: fine-dining server (Texas)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Zapata County, Texas. You will work at a rooftop bar and grill. Day to day you will lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; check back during the meal and handle special requests; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts 5+ years on the tools preferred.
