Roofing technician — Winston County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a roofing technician in Winston County, Alabama. The job is at a busy roofing firm. Day to day you will strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing; nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses; lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling; install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights; torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs. You should have: • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • Willing to work outdoors in all weather Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
