Powder coating line operator — Rio Arriba County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Rio Arriba County, New Mexico. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. Your main tasks: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks Requirements: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
