Dish pit attendant wanted in Williamson County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Williamson County, Tennessee. Requirements: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Day-to-day duties: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift 1+ years on the tools preferred.
