Kitchen porter — Benson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Benson County, North Dakota. Day to day you will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Six days a week, one day off. We offer $21 per hour plus benefits.
