Now hiring: we are hiring a dumper truck operator in Kearny County, Kansas. The job is in an open-cast mine. Requirements: • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Understanding of safe digging near underground services Day to day you will operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; check for underground cables and services before digging; load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
