Marble fitter — Ross County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a marble fitter in Ross County, Ohio. The job is at a kitchen worktop showroom. You should have: • 2+ years' experience working with marble, granite and natural stone • Willing to work at heights for facade cladding • Good eye for joints, levels and overall finish The role involves: • Lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar • Measure up and template countertops and floor areas before cutting • Cut out sink and hob openings in worktops on site • Shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets • Grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
