VMC operator — Davidson County

Join our team: we are hiring a VMC operator in Davidson County, Tennessee. Your main tasks: • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Able to grind and set HSS cutters 2+ years on the tools preferred.
