Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience • Willing to work outdoors in all weather • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls On a typical shift you will seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing; replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates; nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses; carry out leak inspections and patch repairs; fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
