Milling machine operator wanted in Payne County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a milling machine operator in Payne County, Oklahoma. The role involves: • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter Ideal candidate: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery We offer $130 per day plus benefits.
