Collision repair technician — Berrien County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a collision repair technician in Berrien County, Georgia. You will be based at an accident repair garage. Requirements: • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes The role involves: • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder 6+ years on the tools preferred. $4,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
