Urgent requirement: we are hiring a core maker in Towns County, Georgia. What we are looking for: • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry You will skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring; cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch; check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring; fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity. Pay around $3,500 per month, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
