Halal butcher wanted in Hancock County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a halal butcher in Hancock County, Indiana. You will be based at a wholesale meat market. You should have: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Day to day you will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
