Painter wanted in McDuffie County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a painter in McDuffie County, Georgia. You will work at a property maintenance company. Requirements: • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator Day to day you will mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting; apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller; prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover; spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns.
