Join our team: we are hiring a tile roofer in Berkeley County, South Carolina. The job is at a sheet metal roofing workshop. Day to day you will seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing; lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; insulate and ventilate the roof void; install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights; fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits. Requirements: • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • A good head for heights and steady balance Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts.
