The role involves clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; give each garment a final press before packing; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure. What we are looking for: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
