Immediate opening: coating plant operator (Arkansas)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Jefferson County, Arkansas. On a typical shift you will top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun. What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
