Refrigeration and AC technician • Hale County, Texas

Great opportunity: we are hiring a refrigeration and AC technician in Hale County, Texas. The job is at an air conditioning service centre. The role involves core-drill through brick and concrete walls to route the refrigerant piping; wire the indoor-to-outdoor interconnecting cable and connect the isolator; fault-find on PCBs, sensors and compressors with a multimeter; check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge; install ducting, grilles and VRF/VRV branch boxes; evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum. Requirements: • Able to handle refrigerant safely and aware of F-Gas rules • Confident brazing copper and running nitrogen pressure tests At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
