Bakery assistant — Conwy

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Conwy, Wales. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. The role involves prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; score the top of loaves before baking; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards.
