Commis chef wanted in Lawrence County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a commis chef in Lawrence County, South Dakota. The role involves follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
