You should have: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts On the job you will handle: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
