Packaging machine operator — Smith County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a packaging machine operator in Smith County, Tennessee. You will be based on a production line. Your main tasks: • Set up and start the machine as per the job card • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches Ideal candidate: • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Pay around $220 per day, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
