PVC window assembler — Whitley County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a PVC window assembler in Whitley County, Kentucky. You will be based on a window-and-door production line. Your main tasks: • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash • Fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
