Concrete labourer — Clackmannanshire

Immediate opening: we are hiring a concrete labourer in Clackmannanshire, Scotland. On a typical shift you will discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms; fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule; carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish; patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout. You should have: • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet £2,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
