Immediate opening: we are hiring a baker in Doniphan County, Kansas. The role involves: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Score the top of loaves before baking You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
