CNC milling operator • Otero County, Colorado

We are recruiting: we are hiring a CNC milling operator in Otero County, Colorado. You will work in a die and mould making unit. Day to day you will hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe. Requirements: • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
