Thermal insulation technician — Hays County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a thermal insulation technician in Hays County, Texas. The job is on a high-rise façade. What we are looking for: • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam Your main tasks: • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding Performance bonus on top of base pay.
