Great opportunity: we are hiring a brick mason in Worth County, Georgia. Day-to-day duties: • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder • Laying bricks to the line, level and plumb • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge Requirements: • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
