Oven operator — Clarke County

Join our team: we are hiring an oven operator in Clarke County, Virginia. On the job you will handle: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Score the top of loaves before baking • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen 5+ years on the tools preferred.
