Assembly operator — Richland County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an assembly operator in Richland County, Wisconsin. Requirements: • Punctual with reliable attendance • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Can read work instructions and basic measurements Your main tasks: • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench • Wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards • Pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $180 per day, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
