Dishwasher — Kogi

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dishwasher in Kogi, Kogi State. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. What we are looking for: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) On the job you will handle: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service Part-time with flexible hours.
